I Already Knew (by Andy Carcello)

|
The last time we made love there was hurt and confusion in your eyes. The stare of lost pain still haunts my bones. Desire and fears slipped from your lips. Your words and your sounds still haunt me.
Where are we now and how did we get here? We've been lovers for years, who are you? You're familiar, but different, but somehow familiar. You look like someone I already knew.
We'll soon become memories of our own addictions. You look like someone I already knew.
