Ashes (by Ashlynne)

Ashes, ashes everywhere
First the fire, then the air
Then the earth and then the sea
Ashes, ashes tell to me

Tell me why
Things are this way
Ashes, ashes will they stay?

Must the earth be always so?
Must the fire always glow?
Tell me, is water always wet?
And the air, so dry, or we'll forget?
