ME,MYSELF AND I (by Linda)

July 3, 2006 I have no one

Just me, myself and I

I guess somehow

In this crazy world

I lost touch with those I loved

A deep depression

A lonely world

Just me, myself and I

Sometimes I wonder

How it did it get this way?

Why do I feel such a void?

I guess I will be fine

For I have me, myself and I

We talk a lot and it seems weird

We’ve learned a lot about each other

It helps to know that someone else feels this void

Me, myself and I some how manage

To wake up and face another lonely day

One day me, myself and I was chatting

When I decided death was the answer

I heard myself say no seek help

I heard me say someone loves us

Me, myself and I debated for hours

We yelled, cried and talked

When finally we agreed it was time for death

So together we shut the windows

Turned on the gas

Sat in a chair

Me, myself and I

Begin to cry as the fumes got stronger

Me, myself and I gasped

I heard me say good bye cruel world

I heard myself say good bye loneliness

I heard I say good bye

To me, myself and I

Good bye good bye

Tears fell upon my face

And soon all my misery would end.......
